HOSTED NON-PROFIT DINNERS

We are not trying to feed our local restaurants, rather we are trying to feed the community through education. Forming the non-profit allows us to meet our goals of education and sustainability, while helping to raise money for others.  With this in mind, dinners for up to 30 people can be held, where people will be served to help support other non-profit organizations in town.

Our dinners are focused on seasonal ingredients from the farm, as well as other locally sourced proteins and products.  Guests are welcomed with cocktails made from farm fresh ingredients, a guided tour of the property, followed by an intimate wine-paired dinner for you and your guests in our restored farmhouse.  More than $50,000 were raised this year for the Stein Eriksen Endowment.  As well as hosting events for other local nonprofits, like an event for the Summit Land Conservancy.

This is not designed to make money; this is designed to help the community. I donate the dinners; the labor, the food, and the charity that sponsors the dinners receive the money.
